Each hair goes through three phases: the growth phase (anagen), the transition phase (catagen) and the resting phase (telogen). In the growth
phase, which can last up to 7 years, the hair grows steadily. This is followed by the transition phase, in which hair growth stops before it
enters the resting phase and falls out to make room for new hair.
On average, a person loses around 50 to 100 hairs a day - this is completely normal and part of the natural renewal process. To support this cycle, a healthy scalp and the right care are crucial. Products with nutrients such as keratin, biotin or niacinamide strengthen the hair and promote healthy growth.
Your hair has a natural rhythm - take care of it to support its life cycle!
